We are in a day where the industry does not control music as much as they used to. In some areas there are more studios, emcees, and producers than there are businesses alone. Artists are tired of being turned down by major labels who just want the next Jeezy, Kanye, or Lil Wayne so now what you have is what i like to call... and industry bumrush. Artists are making and producing their own music and moving units on their own.
In the mist of all this stands a chance for the "Shiesty Promoter". One that feeds of the opportunities to get you for money by promising you big events, heavy promotion in major cities, radio play.....you name it.
