Yesterday the House of Representatives passed a bill in Florida that bans students from wearing clothing that in a manner that exposes the undergarments. From what they say...it will promote productivity among the students and make for a better school district. This has been done before in Florida back in 2008. Riveria Beach had the same bill and issued tickets of $150 for anyone caught in violation.
