Michigan State/ UCLA game...

As much as it upset me to see the Spartans loose last night in the game vs UCLA.... i have to say they did what every Spartan does... the showed heart. They fought back when everyone in the nation wrote them off, they battled injuries, illness, and several off court dilemmas throughout the season.

From my stand point watching the game last night, nothing hurt more than to see Kalin Lucas not shooting the ball as well as we all know he can. The kid makes shots that should never even hit the rim....let alone go in. But last night in Florida that was all but the case.

He found enough fight in him to spark a late 2nd half comeback and that with collective efforts from Draymond Green, senior Durrell Summers keeping Sparty in the fight by carrying the load in the first half, defense and scoring from Delvon Roe, freshman Keith Appling lighting up the building with a series of big time shots, and all the little things that the other bench players did.

But what hurt the most after all that Kalin has done for the University on the court is the fact that he was only 4 points away from hitting 2,000 points in his career as a Spartan.

I urge those that leave comments to show some respect..... thank you.
